We will blend the 43 ingredients for the rub, slow cook the
meat for 12 hours, prepare the 24hr marinade and spend all day cooking down the sauce so we can prepare you a meal in minutes packed full of flavour. Slow food, served quickly.
Almost everything is made on site so if you have a dietary requirement please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
